06.00 AM - Pick up at your hotel and drive to the Central Park opposite New World Hotel to see and join Tai Chi exercise with local people. Next visit the North entrance of Ben Thanh Market to see the merchants start their business (fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, flowers, etc.)

07:00 AM we start to discover Saigon by cyclo around Saigon and enjoy the famous Pho (noodle soup) for breakfast and have a taste of traditional Vietnamese coffee (black coffee or black coffee with condensed milk). Return to the hotel at around 8.30 AM.

After lunch at a local restaurant (optional), we drive to a family of local musicians to learn about traditional Vietnamese instruments through conversations with the artists and hear performances from each family member. You then have the chance to try the instruments yourselves and challenge your hidden music talents. Drive back to the hotel around 4 PM.
