Day By Day Itinerary:

Day 1	Pick up at hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Drive to Vinh Long. Boat trip on Mekong river to Long Ho and Rai Ca canal. Then stop by Binh Hoa Phuoc island to visit local house where the families produce tiles and soya cheese, visit rice mills, smithery and observe daily country life. Lunch, dinner and overnight at local house. Meals : Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner
Day 2	Boat trip along narrow canals and end up at the home stay. Relax in hammocks in the orchards or walk to the surrounding villages. Then boat trip to Cai Be. Dismebark and drive back to Ho Chi Minh City with lunch en route. Drop off at your hotel (accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City not included). Meals : Breakfast , Lunch
